Chris Quinn is Executive Director of the American Offshore Wind Coalition. His experience has spanned from local to international policy development dealing with companies, trade associations and ports. 

 

While in Florida, Chris has served on the International Policy Committee for the Florida Chamber of Commerce as well as the International Policy Committee for the U.S. Chamber. He has also been a member of the Industry Trade Advisory Committees which give input on national trade policy for the US Department of Commerce and the United States Trade Representative.

 

Chris has also worked with embassies, international ports and companies discussing global energy policy and regulations.  Prior to coming to Florida, he worked in Washington, DC, dealing in coalition management, membership development, fundraising and government affairs.

 

He has an undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of South Carolina and a Master’s Degree in Political Science from Suffolk University in Boston.
